Hi there and welcome to the PROCRAWLER® Brand Ambassador Program. This program we designed to empower you to become a valued Brand Ambassador of PROCRAWLER® and help us spread the word about our amazing performance LCG rock crawler RC products and brands. We want to give back the tons of love we have got from the members of the PROCRAWLER® Family so as a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to earn commission by referring customers to our store through your unique ambassador links.

By joining the PROCRAWLER® Brand Ambassador Program, you unlock a range of benefits and opportunities:
- Earn Commission: Receive a commission for each successful referral made through your unique ambassador links.
- Exclusive Discounts: Access special discounts and offers for our products to enhance your promotional efforts.
- Access to Resources: Gain access to a variety of marketing resources, including banners, product images, and promotional materials, to support your activity as a Brand Ambassador.
- Performance Tracking: Track your performance, referral traffic, and commission earnings through your dedicated Ambassador Dashboard.
- Support and Guidance: Receive ongoing support, guidance, and training to help you succeed as a Brand Ambassador.
Program Policies
To ensure a fair and transparent supporter program, we have established certain policies and guidelines:
- Ethical Promotion: We expect our Brand Ambassadors to promote our products and brands in an ethical and responsible manner, following applicable laws and regulations.
- Disclosure Requirements: It is important to disclose your affiliate relationship and use clear and honest language when promoting our products. Always disclose that you may earn a commission for purchases made through your links.
- Brand Representation: As a Brand Ambassador, you represent the PROCRAWLER® Family and should uphold our brand values and image. Avoid engaging in any activities that could damage our reputation.
- Prohibited Activities: Certain activities, such as spamming, false advertising, or using unethical promotional tactics, are strictly prohibited and can result in termination from the program.

Commission Rates & Incentives
We apply the following commission rates and incentives in our Brand Ambassador program:
- Referral Commission Rate: We pay 10% of the net purchase value for the orders placed as a result of clicking on the referral link of the Brand Ambassador. Taxes and shipping fees are not included into the base value of the calculation. A referral commission becomes valid after the given order status has been changed to “Completed”. We pay commission after each and every purchase a referral makes for 12 months from the date when the commission of the first purchase becomes valid.
- Payment Via PayPal Or In Store Credit: Brand Ambassadors can decide to get their referral commissions via PayPal or in store credit for further private purchases.
- Coupon Codes: We provide a unique coupon code for every Brand Ambassador that gives 10€ or equivalent $ value discount for the referrals to help their activity. The unique coupon code can be find on the “Coupons” tab of the Ambassador Dashboard.
Next Steps
If you don’t have a customer store account or haven’t registered as a Brand Ambassador yet, complete the registration process and create your affiliate account. Once approved, you will gain access to your Ambassador Dashboard, where you can generate unique ambassador links, track your referrals, and monitor your commission earnings.
