Credit Card Payment
You can pay your order with online credit card payment during the submission process of your order adding your payment datas (name, card number, CVC) on the checkout page.
All secure online credit card payments are made through the system of Stripe. We never access or store your credit card datas.
PayPal Payment
You can pay your order from your PayPal account during the submission process of your order. Your payment will be provided by PayPal. We never access or store your PayPal account datas.
Please note that due to the high PayPal handling and exchange rates the difference between credit card payment and PayPal payment handling fees will be charged as an extra fee for customers using PayPal payment gateway.

Your purchase will be charged when your order is submitted. If you have paid by PayPal, the payment will be taken as you complete the purchase. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Our warehouse operates on Monday-Friday from 9am-16pm CET, except on hungarian national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
We will NOT ship to military addresses. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from the shipping provider which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Sales Tax

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the unopened, original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Change Of Mind Refunds
In case of Change Of Mind Refunds we will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping costs paid by us or any costs incurred by us in connection with the payment transaction at the time of ordering, which were irrevocably charged to us by the payment service provider at the time of the transaction.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
We are committed to honoring all valid warranty claims, provided the claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the items. Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping costs; however, we will reimburse these costs upon successful resolution of the warranty claim.
